How long will my order take to arrive?

In the current postal climate, customers within Australia can expect to receive their order around 1-3 business days after receiving their shipping confirmation. 

Shipping times will vary for International purchases. Customers outside of Australia can expect longer shipping times depending on where they are located and their chosen shipping method. 

Is tracking available for my order?

Yes! Tracking is available for all orders. Once we send your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number included. 

What is your refund and return policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. Thats why we offer a 60-day Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund or replacement. 
  • If a customer receives an item and decides that they are not 100% satisfied, they can return the item and get a 100% refund
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by a proof of purchase, along with any stickers still in place. The box must also be in a suitable condition.
  • For returns, please email info@archerbenson with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will then provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Are your watch straps interchangeable? 

Absolutely! All of our watches feature an easy, interchangeable strap system so you can switch straps without needing any tools.

How long is the warranty on Archer Benson watches?

Each watch comes with a 24-month international warranty for your piece of mind.

There are many payment options included in our safe & secure checkouts. The most common options include:

Are your watches water resistant? 

Absolutely! All Archer Benson watches are water resistant up to 5ATM. This means that you can wash your hands, shower and swim in shallow water while wearing your watch. However, we do not recommend this as the quality of your leather strap will deteriorate if exposed to excessive amounts of water. In addition, the crown must be pushed in to ensure no water can get in and damage the watch. 

Please note: Water damage is not covered by our 2-year warranty. 

Does Archer Benson ship internationally?

Yes! We are able to send our watches to almost anywhere on the globe!

What currency will I be charged in?

You will be charged in the currency shown at checkout and on the product page. 

To change currency, simply select from our available options by clicking the settings icon in the top, right hand corner. 

Please note: If you are not paying with your local currency, your payment will be converted by your card issuer. Depending on your bank's policy, this may be subject to a conversion fee.

How can I file a warranty claim?

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your purchase, our watches have a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the original purchase date!

To claim, simply email info@archerbenson.com with the subject 'warranty claim' and we will respond accordingly. 

Please note: The case and watch movement are both covered under the warranty. However, damages that are not covered include general wear and tear, glass damage, strap damage, water damage, batteries and theft. 

How can I change/cancel an order?

At Archer Benson, we want you to be with your new watch as soon as possible. We therefore tend to process orders quickly. 

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@archerbenson.com and if your order has not yet been processed, we will change it.
